In His Name
Providing food in the name of Jesus Christ to those in need!
In His Name makes use of high quality surplus food. Each month In His Name provides large boxes of food worth about $70 at a cost of only $15 per box that includes a lot of fresh produce, dairy, bakery, canned goods, and some meat.
Churches from the Rochester area cooperate together to supply the funding, pack the food, and distribute it to those in need.
How can I help?
- Become a servant: find people in need and bring them food, love, and hope in Jesus' name.
- Help pack and distribute food.
- Organize a tem from your church to assist with this process.
- Give financially to further this ministry and mission of God.
This food distribution ministry takes place on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month. Distribution sites are:

Volunteers pack the boxes from 9:00-11:00 a.m. People and churches pick up their boxes between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. For a nominal charge of $15 per box, people receive about $70 worth of food that includes a lot of fresh produce, dairy, bakery, canned goods, and some meat.
More volunteers are always welcome and needed.
